Amanda uses mental training to drive individuals and teams to overcome their own barriers and actualise their goals. Mentally fit individuals and teams embrace fear and uncertainty as an inevitable part of the human experience and choose to do what matters to them, when it matters most.

With experience working across elite sporting organisations and clinical private practice, Amanda is passionate about supporting clients from all walks of life to thrive. Whether you’re looking to refine your craft or generally enhance your mental wellbeing, undertaking an evidence-based mental training plan can enhance your capability to take ownership over your life, especially in the face of challenges and setbacks.

In addition to psychology, Amanda enjoys immersing herself in the outdoors, punching bags at the gym, and connecting with loved ones.
